Angelo contends that the prophet Jeremiah converted Alexander the Great. Jeremiah was alive at the time Jerusalem was captured by the Babylonians (587/586 BCE). Jeremiah later went to Egypt. There is a tradition that still later Jeremiah went to Babylon. In any case, Alexander the Great did not arrive in Judea or Egypt until around 332 BCE. How old would Jeremiah have been? If you can believe that Jeremiah would still have been alive by the time Alexander the Great arrived on the scene, this may be the book for you.
