I was going to put these stories in LOST TREASURES OF ARKANSAS but didn't have room, so I made a short book that, really, should be a companion to my other Arkansas treasure book. I went through our local newspaper, THE BATESVILLE GUARD and found these interesting stories. You just have to have this small book--remember, a treasure hunter can't get enough of stories. And...all my stories are documented. Have fun and be safe. Some of the stories were found in our local library.
