Description:

What's in it for me? Can the Bible really help? Does God really have a plan for my life? Is there really anything about that plan in the Bible? How do I make sense of all of the bad things that have happened to me? Can I really be forgiven? Will I ever feel close to God again? How can I know for sure? If you are a teenager and if these are questions you are asking, take a look at what other teens have to say. And while you're at it take a look at what God has to say! He says a lot to us in his letter to the world, the Bible. And who knows, you might find something in it that’s just for you!

Praise the Lord!!!! This book is a perfect tool for anyone working with young people! It is also ideal for anyone wanting to go deeper into scripture. Any teenager can relate to these witnesses and the Lord is going to use this book to show them that they are NOT alone... God has SO much to reveal to us through His word and "What's in it for me?" helps young people to understand the scripture and relate to it on a more personal level. It's awesome! The witnesses are filled with the little crosses and ressurections that we all face in our lives. They are courageous stories of young men and women who have tried and failed but who have ultimately chosen to take up their crosses and follow Christ. And Dan Tarrant has beautifully and brilliantly interpreted the scriptures throughout this book. His knowledge of the Church and the scriptures mixed with his love for young people have come together to create this incredible book!I highly, highly reccomend it!!!!
