An effective combination of two creative minds...

"The Reclusives" blends the artwork and writing styles of Charles Burgoon and Marc Palm, and the results are nearly seamless. These two have been friends for years, and it shows. Cavemen/castaway types launch into space (with a nod to Voltron, perhaps?) to battle Earth-hating moon-dogs. There's even a Tomahawk reference ("God hates a coward, sonny!"). This short episode is over before you can even begin to think about losing interest, so you've got no excuse to pass this one up!
