O.k on closer inspection I realised that it does state that it is printed in black and white but did not expect that to include ALL pictures too.
There is a web site in the book which directs you to a page that offers full colour CDROMS which are not advertised alongside this book.
At best I would say this book is a poor back up tool to an online database and would not recommend it at all.
