This book was well written, interesting, and easy to understand. It should be read by lawmakers, law enforcement officers, and those who are advocates for the elderly and vulnerable in our society. Do not, for one moment, believe that the criminal code in most countries covers elder abuse and exploitation. It certainly doesn't, and those working for the elderly and in a position to lobby for changes, DEFINITELY should read this book to get a better understanding of how they can best help our aging population.
