"Nothing is As it Seems"
That's going to stay with me for a long time.

Very clever work, had me completely locked into it. Read it in two sittings!

Characters are well presented, is easy to identify with them even without having similar experiences - they, after all, had their parents brutally murdered. But... it has the potential to give you nightmares.

This is my first foray into a horror novel, it left me wanting for more and I will definitely be looking after more works from author Carlos Savournin.

This is truly a page turner... I could not stop reading it. And when it was over, I wanted more. It actually stays with you long after you read it. Carlos Savournin truly captured each of his characters perfectly. At times it was so intense I had to put it down, but picked it up right away!

Cynthia, Luis, Rebecca, Billy, Nick and Logan where amazing in their struggles and lives together. You can truly feel the bond and love they had for each other.

I highly recommend this book!!! Even if you do not like Horror films, books like me... I would never pick this out as one of my choices, but I have to admit I really enjoyed it even the scary parts...
