As a single mother of 2 small children I definitely feel like pulling my hair out sometimes....I can't imagine rasing FIVE!!! I will definitely be purchasing this book so I can see exactly what YOUR secrets are! :-)

I did not find the book humorous since I am unable to relate to the target audience. I did find the book well written and it felt as if the author was holding a conversation to the reader, telling them her tale with the ups and downs of parenting. It's not that bad of a read.

As the youngest of six, I can completely relate to the chaos that is a house full of children. What a great find to see someone who can embrace her role as mother and friend for all it is worth--the good, the bad, and the ugly. You have to look for the humor in every situation, it's part of survival, and this book may well be the survivor's guide! Looking forward to reading more!

This book is a must read for all you parents out there who are feeling down and out over your kids. It’s an uplifting humourous narrative about one mother’s experiences with her five.

I am always looking for humorous ways about raising children, and having raised two of them (Heaven forbid!!) I just couldn't pass this one up!! Can't wait to read the rest.

In this candid exposé of life bringing up five kids Ms Weiss pulls no punches. She is 'down to earth', 'down to the point' and 'down right funny'. If you like a shot of humour in your reading material then this is a good read and you might even learn something about parenting. It's true kids don't come with a handbook but you could well consider this book to be a good substitute. A must have book for all parents.
