Every couple of thousand of years1 there is need for a reformation of the zodiac.
* GOD has forbidden Chaldean astrological divination. In addressing the Levites, GOD has not used words like "precession", but it became clear later, and most prominently to Hipparchus, that astrologers were fraudulent charlatans that never observed the real sky.

1 Hipparchus re-established the calculus of precession some 2000 years ago, but there is still belief in a fixed zodiac that dates back to the Age of Aries. We are deeply in the Age of Pisces, even Age of Cetus.
2 Sometimes even the astronomers refer to the "12 signs" of the zodiac, or even to the 13 zodiacal constellations. It would seem that primitive belief holds that all the planets and the moon follow the ecliptic, which is undoubtedly preposterous to assume.
3 The implications are vast: if the astrologers do not follow the path of the sun, their ephemerides are fictitious and programs, too. The output from such programs and ephemeris is not valid as concern the real sky. For what purpose can such programs and ephemeris be used then? Superstition on planetary level feeds on global lies, where false identification falls like a dark cloak on humankind. How many marriages were destroyed by pseudo-astrologers? It is unthinkable that someone who does not even have a distant guess of his own natal position of the sun, would determine the fates of other people! Otherwise well-meant persons are told they are "Scorpio" when their natal sun is in Virgo, much as you are likely to be told you have "Capricorn" ascending when Pisces is rising over your natal eastern horizon.
* The zodiac is occult for two primary reasons: it has never been thoroughly studied and it does have its part in the Revelation.
† NASA ephemeris for the sun.
