The children in my library enjoyed this book. They learn many things about cottontails and how they live in the wild. It is kind of scary for the littlest ones to comprehend that Pocket will someday be food for another animal, so I explain to them the food chain before reading the book. Another great book and again, the pictures are fabulous.
