Old Yellow Milk is a compilation of short stories written by Joe Powers during high school. It features the story of Mike, a boy turned into a Moo Cow by God after slapping kids at school. He is given the task to sell his own milk for forty days, or become a Moo Cow forever. Also featuring the story of Shannon, a compulsive liar who wants nothing more than to become a vampire. After the death of his favorite Uncle Marlo, he makes a deal with Satan to avenge his death, only to be turned into a moo-pire. With the promise to become a true vampire, Shannon must only comply with Satan's one task, defeat the local superhero, Cheese Man.
