Synopsis for Jack O'Brien Inspired by the church hymn, "Amazing Grace," Jack, a seaman joins the slave trade and witness the atrocities and brutalities of the business and decides it's not for him. When he's accused of burning down the town saloon, he builds a coalition of his brother, Nate, Jed - a young, fast gunman, and Molly - a brazen, tough female and three runaway slaves. He proceeds to free the slaves on Wade's Plantation, a cruel, tyrannical, arrogant man who no one respects. After he blows up the plantation and the smoke from the bullets settle, he takes his people to a journey north fighting off posses, and with the aid of the Indians destroys the Army to cross Lake Erie to freedom using rafts and marries a beautiful black female who falls in love with him.
