Robert does a great job of making SharePoint common tasks very easy to do. He's really taken things that end users really need to know and giving them rich screenshots and simple text that's easy to follow.

One thing you'll notice almost immediately is the number of screenshots and the blue text highlighting the terms you need to look for.

I've worked with Rob and can speak to his depth of knowledge. He nailed it. This was a gap and he's done an excellent job of supplying what every SharePoint end user should have as a reference guide to common tasks. I'm going to recommend the Microsoft MSLibrary get a number of copies.
