Description:

A twisted tale of words with five exciting chapters that will play upon the imagination. Written in the vein of a modern day Poe with a touch of Dickinson, guaranteed to thrill, chill and fascinate with a soft Victorian touch. A haunting play on words, some that render sleepless nights and some that speak to the very soul of the reader. From passion written with a dark twisted pen, to words lined with lace and good wine, Book of Days will take you on a spiritual journey from heaven to hell and from sorrow to laughter.

Book of Days [ No Rating ] 1 May 2006 (updated 1 May 2006)
Ms. Creetch is an extremely talented writer who is very good at using visualization in her work. The reader will actually feel the terror and emotions that are experienced by her characters. "Caroline" and "4 Dead Soldiers" (which can be found on her website) are just a small sampling of her skill and talent. I highly recommend this book and look forward to reading more of her highly talented works in the future. I can't use the word 'talented' enough to describe her.

This is great poetry very mysterious and intriguing. I felt the preview was too short I would have liked to read more than one poem to get a better feel for it. Well done though there is a lot of talent there.

Well written and descriptive with imagery that easily come to mind due to the choice of wording. With a hint of humor, and an obvious darker side Book of Days is a pleasure to read and a delight to behold. Classical poetry with a hint of modern day verse, Tabitha Creech clearly shows her influences, and pays a wonderful homage to them.
