Description:

Wellbeing at Work addresses the stress at work issues in a practical way. The book is informative and structured in a way that makes for easy reading. You can quickly read through it then return to sections with the headings that interest you most. Part three: putting it into practice, looks at specific issues, and Part four some really helpful meditations. It is only with practice that you can really begin to gain the benefit from the meditations. This book should be read by every employer in the country and be carried as a handbook by every employee. The result would be better working relationships and greater productivity. This is a manual in preventative medicine for healthy and happier patients. This review was written by Dr Craig Brown; West Sussex General Practitioner and Trustee of the British Holistic Medical Association.

An excellent, thought-provoking book on happiness in the workplace. If only every boss were like Juliusz! I found the meditations near the end particularly beautiful and inspirational.
