I really can't think of a better word to describe this collection of poems by the very talented Mr Chandler. This collection ranges from the very funny "Father Confessor, My Hairdresser" to the thought provoking "The Next Big Thing" to the very touching "Reminder To Myself - January 2004...”, the last of which moved me deeply and made me pick up this collection again and again. But it doesn't end there; the book actually ends with notes to accompany the poems explaining the thoughts and feelings behind them. These give the reader a twinkle of an idea what must have gone on in the head of the Shy Yeti while writing these. A real gem for those of us curious enough to find things in ourselves, written in poetic beauty.
