This work has general appeal, especially for introverts or anyone who has had difficulty making or keeping new friends as they get older. As Introverts, we have been conditioned to live up to what others have deemed as “normal” and many believe that most introverts are shy or conceded (mainly by extraverts). In turn, we have been forced to have this mental image of ourselves, which only worsens the situation. In turn it puts a lot of pressure on us to try meet up to the standards of extraverts for whom are the majority of the population. This book is a tool that not only introverts can use, but anyone who is looking for ways to improve their friendships with others as well as finding new ones. We all learn from others and through our own personal experience, so I can not take credit for creating these ideas, but my hope is that you will find this book both helpful and inspiring and will show you the joys of living abundantly with having good friends in your life.
