Met, this a great book for all collectors. Love it!

Received my copy the other day and was thrilled with the content and picture quality. Having previewed the book, I decided to spend the extra for a hard-cover edition and glad I did. The time and effort that went into gathering and compiling the information must have been monumental, so I can appreciated the cost. What I appreciated even more is how well the material was laid out and I can hardley wait for volume 2 as I suspect it will contain even more information as this CARS thing has really taken off. (Maybe purchasers of volume 1 will get a discount on subsequent volumes - hope so, as this could end up a series of six or seven volumes) I did not read it in one sitting, but did finish it in 2 days. I am using it as well as reading it. There were some of the variations I was not aware of until I read the book, so now I'm looking. The thrill of the race is on again or still, but accelerated. Received my book yesterday and all I have to say is three words to say: SUPERB! SUPERB! SUPERB! This is a must-have book for every CARS collector. I have not read a book in years, I mean years. I sat down and read this book in one setting. My seven year old kept begging me for it (after all I started collecting CARS for him in 2006 when he was 5). Wouldn't let him have it until I was completely finished. I think this book will be a collector's item in its own rights. The book was well written and easy to follow. This book is a great buy! Grab it before it goes into its second printing.

I ordered your book last week. It is definetly a fantastic resource, there is so much information and the pictures are very clear. I was very pleased that the same caliber of information from the website posts are in this book. The only thing that i was slightly disappointed in was that it costs $40 not that this would discourage me from purchasing it because i knew the information was coming from a reliable source, i was just hoping it could come down in price. At the same time I understand it is a by request book through a private publisher so the price does get more expensive than having a mass produced book running a cheaper price. I would recommend this book to anyone who is a diehard Disney cars collector, or even those just wanting to learn more of what they are missing in there collections with picture examples. Don't let the price discourage you! DEFINETLY buy this book!! There's none other out on the market like it! Jeanne Scriven
