Character Building How to focus, overcome fear, the importance of self-control and perseverance. Health & Fitness How to warm up, stretch, stay fit, eat properly, anatomy and First Aid. Street-proofing 16 street safety and stranger abduction prevention techniques. Self-Defense How to deal with bullies and 17 self-defense techniques that are effective against adult attackers Martial Arts (Karate) Teaches universally recognized blocks, punches, stances, kicks, break falls, a blocking drill and two easy to learn "Katas"
