I have been a fan of Ms. Sandford's writing for years and have read much of her fiction over that time and I highly encourage anyone who is hesitant to but this book. The writing is crisp, and the stories varied, having a myriad of subjects, but beneath each one, there is a thread of humanity, and an understanding of the ironies within daily life.
