I've had many people email me and tell me, "I bought your Scurvy Pirate pattern, but I made it into an anime' character I like," or "I bought your Boy Wizard pattern and made it look like C3PO!"

So I thought, if people are going to be so creative on their own, why not make it easier on them. So I made this basic character doll pattern. This is not exactly the same pattern as the pirate and wizard – I’ve made the head separate from the body for this pattern. But otherwise, it’s all the same, just the basics!

I used acrylic, red heart super saver yarn and a size G hook. My finished dolls all came out about 9 inches tall or around the size of a Barbie doll.
