Aneil and Karen have put together a very effective series of studies based around successful companies and the Leadership theory behind that success. The R.O.C.C. of trust, the foundation of great leadership, contained in the book is right on the money. This is an excellent purchase for those in any organization wishing to enhance their effectiveness in a leadership role, or develop leadership within themselves.

The book is a quick read, with many interesting stories.
