Quips, Quotes, and Thinking Stuff is everything I knew it would be - inspirational, thought provoking and fun. I keep my copy handy and when my spirit needs a lift, I reach for it and read at random. Congratulations, Manda, and thank you for sharing these thoughts with us.
Mrs. Manuel's creative use of a little humor along with words of encouragement gives this book a modern twist compared to traditional inspirationals. I feel that this book is suitable for all age groups and would make a great gift for anyone that may need encouragement, inspiration, and spiritual growth.

Absolutely a MUST read! This is one of the most thought provoking pieces I have ever read. In her own sweet way, Manda forces us each to look deep into ourselves to find the best parts of us and reminds us of the importance of sharing our 'goodness' with the world. This book is sure to bless anyone who reads it.

Well written...Mark Twain himself would enjoy!One of the most enjoyable and heart-felt inspirational books I've ever read! These quotes are sure to strenghthen one's faith...a unique, timeless collection sure to enrich our spiritual knowledge and beliefs...forcing us to see again with "simple" eyes.
We do not face the mirror and be critical of ourselves enough in our lives. We must face the mirror so that we can fuel the vehicle that will transport us as we navigate our lives. I own and have read many books on inspirational quotes and things. You can really tell when someone composes a book like this for special reasons, and when someone compiles a book of random thoughts. This is a book with everyone's best interests at heart. If everyone were to take a single quote from this book and live it to their fullest, the world would be an even more wonderful place. Ms Manuel has done a wonderful job. I hope everyone enjoys this book as much as I have.

I love to read inspirational books; Quips, Quotes and Thinking Stuff is one of my favorites. Perfect for quick bursts of motivation and inspiration. Everyone can use a quick pick me up throughout the day. This is the perfect book for that quick burst of inspiration. It's loaded from page to page with powerful quotes. So, this is a welcome addition to my fascination with quotes. If you enjoy reading tidbits on happiness, attitude, dreams, forgiveness, success, overcoming obstacles and more then this would be a book to pick up.
