Description:I was awakened late one night around 2 am by what I thought was someone tugging gently on my shoulder. It was storming and the loud thunder that boomed just outside my bedroom window would rattle the panes of glass. The fierce lightning seemed to illuminate the sky as far as the eye could see. I must have been dreaming I thought to myself. It seemed so real. Perhaps it was the sound of the storm raging just outside that woke me. I lay back down and soon dozed off again. No sooner had I fallen into the arms of Morpheus when I was awakened a second time by something or someone gently tugging at my shoulder. “Who are you and what do you want?” I said as once again I searched the house just to make sure I was alone. “I want you to write my story. I will tell you what to say,” a voice echoed from somewhere in the room. “I don’t understand. You want me to write your story. This is the story that was told to me by someone from the unknown on that stormy night some twenty odd years ago. Keywords:Listed in: |
