I think the best poem is on page 12:-
Second Sight
Stars that once did shine
In the corridors of my mind
A passion once embraced
That time has since erased
Mystic revelations
Abandoned with a sigh
Eyes that see the future
But sadly choose to hide
It makes me sad when I read this poem but in a good way. It's subtle and I like the way the imagery flows.

My favorite poem is Butterfly on page 5. I especially like the first verse:
A butterfly is many things
Both visually and within
It symbolises a new beginning
While it sanitises sin
Like eyelashes kisses on soft skin
It caresses our innocence
And as we bow to its pleasure
We revel in its decadence.

I'm not a major fan of poetry especially when you consider that a lot of modern poets spend too much time polishing their technique rather than concentrating on meaning, so I was somewhat surprised when I read The Naked Soul (a friend of mine had a pre-published copy). At first glance the poems appear to be what they are, simple verses about everyday things but the more you read the more you begin to question the obvious. You start to wonder what Rici's really talking about. Some of the poems I can't quite fathom but for me there in lies the challenge. As soon as I heard that the book had gone public I ordered a copy for myself. I think it makes for an interesting read.
