Description:

The Novogodney Field was discovered in 1976, and lies about 75 kilometers to the east from Noyabrsk City in Jamalo-Nenetsky autonomous okrug of Tuymen region in the West Siberia. The field belongs to the Vingapiakutinskaya oil province. It is located between two mature fields, Vingoyakhinskoye and Vingapurovskoye. Surface infrastructure is well develpoed in this area. The terrain is flat with small rivers, lakes and low lands. Scope of study is to perform a 3D seismic interpretation data, horizons and faults which will include; 1. Analysis of critical faults in the reservoir and at the external borders of the reservoir. 2. Verification of seismic interpretation results, horizons and faults definition in the critical areas 3. Short report describing the performed verification work, comments with examples of QC findings. Make a description of the geological and geophysical limitations in the data.
