Mr. Falconi has started with several falsehoods. There is at present, no cure for Cluster Headaches. He is not a member in good standing of O.U.C.H. He is not a member of NECH. O.U.C.H. by-laws prohibit personally profiting from information taken from O.U.C.H.
The material in his book is a cut and paste from websites such as http://clusterheadaches.com. Some of it out of date and inaccurate.
