I love this book! Especially the mixture of science, philosophy and spirituality, and the way it all links together. There are great interviews throughout which tie in with the book chapters - some really amazing people too from a really interesting mix of successful people and I really enjoyed reading those, because it's like sitting and listening to the very personal experiences of people who are already successful. I found this to be very inspiring, and it motivated me to think about going for what I really do want my life and comes from a bit of a different direction from many motivational/self-help books and it also works a bit like a workbook with fun mini exercises sprinkled throughout, so has something for everybody. The interviews aren't in a question and answer format, so that makes them more accessible. It's also written in a very straight forward easy to read style, even though the subjects covered are quite deep, which is terrific!
