This should be madatatory reading for Lulu authors, I'd go further and suggest Lulu includes it in it's help pages. It's so chock full of useful information, it's almost a crime that Ron's giving it away free as a download. It's not so much a "how to", but a "what to think about". A great job Ron, many thanks

Every self-published author who hopes to make his/her book a success needs this tome.
