Description:

Sat in a picturesque location in South West Wales is the Ancient Township of Laugharne. Now best known for being the home and last resting place, of the Poet Dylan Thomas, at the turn of the 19th Century, Laugharne was a haven for the High Society, and for retired Army and Naval Officers. This small place gave up the flower of its youth to the Great War, and created it's own small piece of history when William Fuller became the first Welshman to win the Victoria Cross during that great conflict. This book aims to remember the fallen of Laugharne for both World Wars, and contains short biographies of them all.
