The Alamosa Mitts are knit in sportweight alpaca yarn and the pattern comes in two colorways and two sizes. They are a nice introduction to knitting with two yarns per row and are a quick project for when you need a last minute gift. The Women's Small size uses size 3 (US) dpns or 2 circs and the Women's Large size uses size 4 (US) dpns or circs. The mitts shown used three colors of Knitpicks' Andean Treasures baby alpaca yarn. A portion of the profits from the sale of this pattern go to nonprofit rabbit rescue.
