Now that some of the text has been provided I am able to say that I am most impressed by the deep knowledge of technical education displayed here. In a sense this is only to be expected, given the author's career and qualifications, but nevertheless this is a fine and stimulating achievement. (Perhaps non-academics or laymen will struggle a little, but sometimes struggle is necessary to achieve worthwhile results!)

By the way I found it easier to read the preview as a pdf because I did not know how to expand the small page displays in Microsoft Word. Thus I converted the preview to a pdf and all was then well.
