As Macaroni is a comfort food so The Macaroni Disaster is a comfort read.

Mr. Lawrence's illustrations are delightful and the story a treasure. As someone who works K-2 everyday this is a keeper and will travel with me from classroom to classroom from this day forward.

Great job Mike.

is a success! Not overly cute, not overly fictional but just right. It was a fun read and I'm no kid! Good Luck1

I had the opportunity to review this children's book in its entirety and I rate it an A+. The Macaroni Disaster reminds me of some of the enjoyable favorites I've read as a kid . . . from the Curious George tales . . . to such fascinations as "The Five Chinese Brothers." The story is fun and the artwork is awesome (we all know that kids love color pictures with these kinds of stories). This is the exact kind of book I loved as a 4, 5, or 6 year old.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Ah, to be young and unable to follow directions! Danni learns a valueable lesson. I like this book. I got it as a free download and think I will add it to my list of print copies to buy for the children.

I have to agree with the other reviewers.
I'm not a person who reads picture books a whole lot. I thought I outgrew them years ago and I don't have any children to read them to. But this had me pleasantly surprised.

Great artwork. Nice writing style and a killer ending.
The only downside I see was that I read it on an empty stomach...

So you want the brutal truth about this book? Well, I'm feeling brutally honest.

This-book-is-downright-delicious!

Great pacing! Great detail! Expressive art! Unpredictable, humourous, witty!!!

I am pleasantly surprised, that I, an adult, was so amused. It most definitely got a chuckle out of me. I kept imagining reading it to my three-year-old and the delight she will experience once I read it to her.

This book will be loved!

This book is awesome... Mr. Lawrence created a wonderful story, that teaches kids to learn from their mistakes.

Danni, a young girl, finds a container of macaroni in her fridge. Without reading the directions, she puts it in the microwave... then the adventure begins.

Buy this book to find out what's happens next. I can't wait for the sequel...
