I am a consultant and have read many project management books, but this one stands out. It is easy to read, yet thorough. Ray provides expert advice and tips for making projects successful.

The book follows the project management life cycle sequence, so it naturally flows. Excellent appendices. A good book to read, heed, and keep around for reference.
