Koko Loko and I go way back. I can remember when he was still in diapers. I first met Koko Loko at the Blender of Love back in 1999 when I was a Blender regular. I'd always heard that if you give a monkey a typewriter and leave him alone he'll come up with some crazy shit. That is true enough. If you don't believe me, read this book. It is Koko's first.
