This book is a great resource to both beginning Business Analysts and a great reference for existing Business Analysts. For beginners, it is a great starting point for understading the responsibilities of a business analyst and some important deliverables for our clients. For existing analysts, it is a great tool and point of reference to brush up on their knowledge of the many skills that a business analyst must acquire over years of working experience to be effective at what we do.
