R. Steven “Tex” Reynolds is a good friend of mine, and I had the privilege of reading one of the early drafts of this novel, which is written in the format of a collection of accounts from various people of their encounters with “the Ghost Ranger,” an undercover cop.
The stories are fiction, but the author has drawn upon decades of undercover work to make the stories come to life, and these individual “accounts” are woven cleverly into a tapestry that paints the image of a man and his very interesting career.
