Chris Green is 55 and spends his time modelling a power chair and being slightly eccentric due to autism. He spent 12 years in the Army, ran a couple of sole trader businesses, worked for others and has been a carer for a terminally ill person. He was informed that he was unemployable in 1992 and has spent the intervening years more busily than when he worked. Chris does a lot of voluntary work in Newark and is primarily involved with the Newark Civic Society, Friends of Newark Cemetery, Journey Art Group and is Membership Secretary of Newark-on-Trent Royal British Legion Branch (in Nottinghamshire, England) and is a member of The Royal British Legion Nottinghamshire County Committee.
