It's easy, it's interesting, with just a little math you can use it on any square. This is my new favorite join for afghan squares and this is coming from someone who generally doesn't like to join afghan squares. I've pulled a bunch out of hiding to do some afghans for donation and they are practically putting themselves together with this join.
