What a wonderful collection of fish recipes, marinades and sauces. It was just great to finally find a book that had all types of seafood recipes. The detailed information is superb and so easy to follow. I have prepared some of these recipes for myself and guests. They were just delicious and I was astounded at all the compliments I received.
