Laura Primm is a tired, worn school teacher with a yearning for something new. In this very tiny tale, a spinster schoolteacher determines to break out of her mold. Her love of reading is vast, but the classics have become tiring and so she orders via mail a book of erotic fiction. She finds the stories to be a real-turn on, but errors in the editing distract her from the enjoyment she’s experiencing. As an English teacher, she knows correct spelling and grammar so she decides to advise the author of the need for editing, and sends an email. On the final day of the school term, she is treated to a rather unexpected surprise and her own set of lessons in Editing Excitement.

J. L. Foster and Crystal Ordonez have consistently demonstrated their respective talents for hot, erotic fiction in other stories, and Editing Excitement is no exception. Rather, it provides an interesting new perspective on the entire concept of proofreading an author’s imaginative offerings.
