Incumplimiento con la entrega del libro [ No Rating ] 29 May 2007

Lamentablemente he comprado y pagado el libro el 7 de abril de 2007 y todavía no lo recibí. Evidentemente en Europa funciona muy bien esto, pero no para America del Sur.
No se a quién reclamar y no tengo forma de hacer que alguie me devuelva mis 45 dolares más los 15 dolares que me cobraron por "Gastos de envío"
