I have had this cd for two weeks now. It has changed my life I am looking at things in a more possitive light. It helps you to feel better about your life even when you are having a HARD time. During the day I even try to listen to it. I listen to it every night when I go to bed.

I have been fortunate enough to have had a real person- to person coaching session with Ben Goldfarb (creator of the CD).I think that as a result of the initial thinking tools I recieved during the session with him, I have found this disc to be EFFECTIVE and HELPFUL. How? In helping me believe in my capibilities to improve myself in any way I wish to (i.e. be more positive, less stressed out, etc.) or to reach any other goals, for that matter.
I think this product is GREAT as a follow-up for a coaching session.
