Having read this book I can certainly say that it does not fall into the normal management speak of most business books. The 'fable' type style is a real breath of fresh air and is applicable to anyone in business whether experienced or not. We can all learn from a quick refresher on the basics from time to time and in my experience its usually gettin these basics wrong that cause the biggest problems. Good book - well worth a read.
