Transitions A College Preparatory Curriculum, acknowledges the importance of the academic, social and emotional attainment necessary for participants’ transition to the college environment. Through a series of workshops that address relevant topics/issues, Transitions focuses on the issues surrounding the change and separation process that students are expected to experience. Students will leave this course armed with tools necessary to become competent self-aware individuals and stronger students with the ability to navigate the college environment and the skills to integrate into college environment. The curriculum was designed for a wide range of groups and sites so that they can adapt it to their respective and individual needs.
