This is one of those books that will really change your life. It isn't just about getting over a broken heart but how to think in a mature way and see all the mistakes you've been making for so long. This is the type of book everyone should read, even if you haven't split-up with someone, read this and the chances of your relationship lasting will greatly increase.

Its easy to see that the author has spent alot of time thinking, researching (not to mention going through the pain of!) all that a very difficult break-up means.
