Description:

The peace between the Scots and the English is precarious. King Edward desires a stronger hold in Cumberland and arranges for his trusted knight to journey to Scotland for information on the traitors threatening to start a war. The Firedrake is ambushed and nearly dies. He is treated by the Lady Jaclyn, the woman King Edward wants him to marry. The marriage will also guarantee the crown a fortress between Scotland and England. The traitors however will stop at nothing to bring about the war.
