Description:

"Are You Stuck in Traffic?" is a candid conversation with you, the reader—it’s just “plain speak.” My purpose is to help you with your life’s journey by providing proper guideposts that will get you to think; that will provoke thought; that will provoke a positive mental attitude; and ultimately provoke action. Many of us are traveling the journey of life; but we're “stuck in traffic.” I hope to inspire those of you who are “stuck in traffic” to get unstuck. I hope to give you the tools that you need to get up and get in control of your life today, right now. This book is about making you HUNGRY for knowledge, HUNGRY for awareness and HUNGRY for reaching a position in this country (your goal), no matter what that position is, to make a difference in your life, in people’s lives and to minimize or avoid being “stuck in traffic” all together. Enjoy the book!

After I read this book, I realized that my being stuck in traffic was my marriage. I have been holding on and waiting for a man that did not want to be married. Staying in a marriage that is not healthy is like being stuck in traffic, and if you don't take the time to prepare your self for what will eventually take place (divorce) you will be really stuck in a mess that is hard to come from underneath. Thanks for this inspirational book.

Col. Saunders,

I have read your book and found it to be great awakening. I can honestly admit that I am also stuck in traffic. Being a spouse to an active military member and the primary care giver of four children becomes overwhelmingly challenging. I find it be a struggle to stay focused on my personal goals. Your book is a wonderful read. A true inspiration and the swift kick so many of us need. Thank you and continue your words of wisdom.

I totally enjoyed your presentation. As you spoke, I had to chuckle to myself because you hit on a few areas of my life where I've been 'Stuck In Traffic' for a while. I know what I have to do but I'm still in the nurturing mode when it comes to my (grown) children.
I've already read your book 'Are You Stuck In traffic', passed it on to my brother and when his done with it I want my whole family to see how they are stuck and how to step up and do something about it.

I use this book as a catalyst for change and to enhance ongoing changes in my life. I use it for work and leisure. It is a timeless tool that enables me to move to the next level in all areas of my life. It is the perfect gift for everyone. I have given them to several friends and family. It speaks to you where you are to help you get to where you want to go. The conversational language allows you to feel like you are having a dialogue with the author, not just reading a book. The worksheets allow you to visualize your goal and can be reviewed later. If you are looking for a way to get started on your next great idea or just exploring the possibilities for something extraordinary...look no further. This book will help you "make it happen".

I had the privilege to meet and have a candid conversation with Colonel Bill Saunders last month. I was captivated by his sheer determination and broad knowledge and achievements. After reading "Are You Stuck In Traffic" I felt a rebirth, an awakening. Bill writes the way he speaks, he is a motivator, he inspires, he embraces each moment. I couldn't put the book down. I to had a determination to live out my life today not waiting for tomorrow. Everyone must read this book.

Thank You, Bill for inspiring me!

Are You Stuck In Traffic is a revealing conversational piece of literature that is inspiring and life changing. Colonel Saunders has a unique view of life and the challenges that one must face. The book reads as if he is talking directly to you and with you to ensure that one understands that being in "traffic' does not mean that a u-turn is not an option. It is never to late to 'redirect' your journey as long as you can "anticiapte a strategy". I have been inspired to eliminate the "traffic' that is stuck in my life and look for the alternate routes that will lead me to a brighter tomorrow! Hats off to this awesome writer and I look forward to future publications.

What a tremendous book. It reads as though you are having a conversation with someone who truly understands life’s issues and also relates to your own “road blocks” in life. It's full of wisdom and insight and tempting to read straight through. But I strongly suggest you do not. Each chapter ends with thought provoking questions that stirs a passion for life. Consider it a homework assignment you want to complete. After all, all good students do their homework.
