"Spending time together, raising children together, girlfriends see things that you don't automatically see for yourself. True talents or gifts they value, you just assume are ordinary. My journey from cooking for my girlfriends...to a search for optimal health was all inspired by the understanding and encouragement of girlfriends. (I lovingly count my mom and sisters as girlfriends, too.)"
This rating is from one of her sisters. I can't boil water. The first time I experienced one of the recipes in this cookbook, was after Tracey cooked a roast to take to a party. After she left, I tasted the leftover drippings. Then I got a slice of bread to soak up more drippings. And, another slice...it was the most heavenly, irrestible stuff I ever tasted. I was mopping up every bit I could! I may not cook, but I know how to eat. I ordered spices for all my co-workers! A dash of the spices she mixes turn the ordinary into extraordinary like a dash of magic.
P.S. There is not a better person on this earth than Tracey. She sees beauty in everything. She inspires me. Try her cookbook. You will be amazed.
Thanks for reading,
