A dramatic one-act play for teenagers. At a bus stop on a city street in Chicago, a young Latin high school couple, Mario and Ana, emotionally confront his ties to an urban street life and her impending thoughts of suicide. Number 76 was featured in The Best Stage Scenes of 2000 and San Francisco's The Comfusion Review. After receiving a world premiere in Chicago, Number 76 was selected by Love Creek Productions for inclusion in their Summer 2001 One-Act Series in New York and received a showcase production at The John Houseman Studio Theatre.
